Key Responsibilities
  • Enjoys a hybrid role of managing accounts and growing new business pipeline continuously engaging with prospects, partners, and key customers
  • Manage the client’s day-to-day needs in accordance with our assigned Scope of Work
  • Have an intimate understanding of all major digital and social media platforms
  • Have a good dose of charisma and charm; someone who knows how to really build & nurture relationships with clients and vendors
  • Have a proven track record managing multiple commitments to clients, team and business operations
  • Effectively manage time, plan and prioritise, while being self-motivated to achieve outstanding results
  • A strong process focus, and the ability to read insights, interpret data and create reports
  • Eyes for detail, with the capacity to learn fast and drive their own personal development.
  • The ability to adapt to challenges in a constantly evolving startup environment
  • Be able to hunt for new clients through either cold calling or virtual searching, and eventually close deals with them
  • Be able to introduce, promote and market Bonsey Jaden’s full services to prospective clients
  • Coordinate with their managers to develop and customize comprehensive business plans designed to meet clients’ business needs
  • Closely work and develop positive relationships with potential and current business partners
  • Conduct market research, obtain the latest online marketing information needed to keep them ahead of the industries that they are looking into
  • Perform other administrative duties and paper work as assigned
